Steps to lose 5KG's in 1 WEEK!



I know it sounds CRAZY, but everything is possible. As a Muay Thai fighter, my weight fluctuates as I would need to be a certain weight to fight. One day, I had been told that I needed to lose 5KG's in a weeks time and in my head, it was impossible but my coach had told me that it was easy. I believed him and I had set my mind in losing the weight in 1 week time. And amazingly enough, I had successfully achieved loosing weight. With that, this is how I lost 5KG's in 1 Week.

Before I start telling you how I lost the weight, please be advised that loosing 5KG's in 1 week is nowhere healthy. But if you are desperate to fit into a dress and only have 1 week to do so, then go ahead! If you ever feel like you are pushing your limit, then please don't go over your limit as your health is your number 1 priority.

Step 1 : Every morning, the first thing I drink is 500ml of warm green tea. Following that, I would normally make myself oats and pour Soy bean milk for a little sweetness/taste.

Step 2 : I would train in my Muay Thai gym from 4:30 to 7:30 and in between training, I would drink at least 1 can of any energizing drink (ie; 100plus)

Step 3: After training, I would go home and eat 1 or 2 crackers and proceed to shower and sleep my hunger off. That's all! That is how I achieved to lose 5KG's in a week.

Side Tip: If you ever feel hungry during the day, keep drinking warm green tea and it will definitely take your hunger away! Trust me in this, I swear by it.
